Sharon is amazing! If you need someone who goes above and beyond to ensure every part of the whole process is covered then she is the very best person for this.  I was responsible for putting my Grandfather’s property on the market in August 2024. As the property was looked after by a Trust we needed 3 valuations. I chose 2 local estates agents and an independent.  On the day the first estate agent arrived and didn’t realise the property was a bungalow so all of the information he’d prepared was incorrect as it was based on a 3 bedroom detached house (ours was a bungalow)! Sharon was second to arrive to value the property, she came fully prepared with information that I didn’t even know! Out of the 3 estate agents we asked to value the property and market it Sharon was the most knowledgeable providing advise on how to market the property to the best it can be however is very honest and professional giving a realistic valuation that would be achievable for a quicker sale. I was a little bit unsure about using an independent estate agent as I’d never used one before however the experience was better!  When the sale was agreed typically the estate agents aren’t involved in the process however Sharon was very much hands on guiding us through the technical jargon used by the solicitors process, liaised with both parties solicitors, reporting back to all parties involved going above and beyond to help the process go through as quickly as possible. She went totally above and beyond.  Sharon is fantastic at her job, so professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, informative, honest, trustworthy and hardworking. I could not recommend her any more highly.
